Old fashioned pancakes


ingredients:


 1 cup all-purpose flour


Three and a half tablespoons of baking powder


¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste


tablespoon white sugar


Half a cup of milk


one egg


Three tablespoons of melted butter

Preparation:


Step 1

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Make a hole in the center and pour in milk, eggs, and melted butter; mix until smooth.


Step 2

  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour mixture or ladle into a baking tray, using about 1/4 cup for each muffin. Guayaquil, Ecuador.
